Meet Our Founder

Secretariat Strategie® is a division of Anita Rosario Marcial LLC, established in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic to provide custom administrative strategies that ease the burden on executive leaders and agencies. Focused on streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency, the division offers practical, results-driven solutions to help organizations overcome challenges. This division is dedicated to supporting leaders in both public and private sectors by reducing stress through effective strategy that simplify processes and organizational management.

The division was founded by Ana Rosario Marcial, RN, BSN, MPA, who brings a wealth of leadership and high-quality administrative experience from her former service at Amnesty International, the New York State Assembly, the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Army, the Division of Military and Naval Affairs (DMNA), among others. Her diverse background across government, nonprofit, and military sectors has equipped her with the expertise to deliver innovative strategies that address complex organizational needs.
