Meet Our Founder

Innovator, visionary, government professional and entrepreneur, Ana Rosario, MPA, PMP; founded Secretariat Strategie® in 2020, during the coronavirus pandemic to provide solutions to business leaders.

Our founder, Ana Rosario, holds a bachelor’s degree in international studies from the University of the Sacred Heart, a Master’s in Public Administration from Penn State University and a Project Management Professional Credential (PMP) from Syracuse University. Furthermore, Ana has been an influential advocate against human trafficking, sex trafficking, domestic violence, homelessness, foreclosures, etc.

Ana has 8+ years of experience providing her executive expertise for the federal, state and local governments, not for profit organizations, financial institutions, small businesses, private companies, and the healthcare industry. These experiences have shaped her endeavors in a very genuine manner along with the discipline that she had acquired with her 6+ years of military background.

Her outstanding leadership and administrative strategies have given her the opportunity to work with the United States Department of State, the American Embassy in Cyprus, the Department of State of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the New York State Assembly, Amnesty International, the United States Army-Homeland Response Force, the State of New York’s Division of Military & Naval Affairs-Citizen Preparedness Corps, Veterans in Need Foundation, etc.

Ana has a great passion in assisting leaders, agencies, and entire communities that are enduring difficult situations in order to make a quick impact.
